Deadline: October 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Late submissions will not be accepted).

Submission Method: Send quotations and samples via courier/ by Hand to Action Against Hunger Islamabad Office,Plaza 42, Commercial Avenue, Sector A, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, on your company's official letterhead, duly stamped and signed along with profile and other documents.

Required Documents:

• Company profile, including organizational and financial details. Failure to submit a company profile will result in disqualification.)
• NTN number and tax details.
• Delivery timeline for the product.
• Payment terms.

• Delivery Location: Chaman Housing Society, Quetta, Balochistan.

Pricing & Compliance Requirements:

• Quotation prices must include all applicable taxes, including withholding tax/Sales Tax.
• Clearly state the validity period of the quotation.
• Specify delivery timelines and payment terms.
