RFQ Sales Manager / Bid Manager

Role Summary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8pm to 5am PKT, night hours)

The RFQ & Bid Manager will lead the end-to-end bidding process primarily focusing on IT hardware and other procurement portals. You will be responsible for identifying high-probability opportunities, coordinating with US-based partners, and submitting competitive quotes that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor online portals to find RFQs and RFPs that align with our IT hardware portfolio.

· Proposal Management: Lead the full lifecycle of a bid, including Bid analysis, requirements review and final submission.

· Pricing & Negotiation: Work with suppliers and US partners to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring a winning edge.

· Compliance: Ensure every submission is 100% compliant with the contract requirements.

· Documentation: Maintain an accurate repository of all submitted bids, feedback and win/loss records.

Required Skills

· 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with US government procurement contracts.

· Ability to draft clear, persuasive narratives and technical responses for RFPs/RFQs.

· Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L), margin analysis, and competitive market trends in IT hardware.

- excellent English communication skills who are capable of effectively coordinating with US-based clients.

Education & Experience

· Education: MBA/MSc./MCS from an HEC-recognized university.

· Experience: at least 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales / bid management or contracting specifically for the US market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
