Ride-on Lawn Care Technician

Season Length: March–November, the ability to claim unemployment during layoff, and potential opportunities to work in sales during the off-season.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with Saturdays as needed based on weather)

POSITION SUMMARY

All Green Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Ride-on Lawn Care Technician to perform chemical lawn treatments and related services. For this role, we are seeking someone who has experience operating and maintaining a ride-on spreader, preferably a Steel Green or Z-Spray.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments
• Operate and maintain application equipment and service vehicles
• Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and state regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and lawn health
• Identify and report lawn issues, customer concerns, or upsell opportunities
• Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prefer someone who is licensed in Commercial Core and 3A. 7A, 7F, or 3B are also good to have.
• Lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
