Key Accountability Areas
Health and Safety Management

Support and implement rider health and safety programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

Conduct regular safety assessments and risk evaluations for riders' work environments and delivery routes.

Monitor riders' compliance with safety protocols and provide guidance for improvement.

Ensure customer delivery experience and safety (food safety practices, rider-customer interaction, hygiene, etc.)

Organizing health and safety initiatives/events for the riders’ community, including safe driving, well-being initiatives, etc.

Monitor accident and incident reporting framework.
-
Identify safety issues and propose solutions.
Incident Management & Investigation

Support the reporting, documentation, and follow-up of rider-related incidents, near misses, and safety observations.

Participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive action tracking.

Ensure incident records are complete, accurate, and closed within required timelines.

Monitor recurring trends and escalate key risks to management.
Governance and Resilience

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
-
3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of operational safety risks in logistics, transportation, field operations, or last-mile environments.

Experience in reporting, data tracking, and safety performance monitoring.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
-
Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred; a degree in Health, Safety, or a relevant field is also acceptable.
