Riders Operator

Job Summary: As the Rider Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the rides and attractions within our children's park. Your role will involve ensuring that all rides are safe, well-maintained, and operated efficiently to maximize visitor enjoyment and satisfaction. Additionally, you will supervise ride attendants and coordinate with park management to uphold safety standards and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all rides and attractions, ensuring they are maintained and operated according to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Train, supervise, and schedule ride attendants to provide excellent guest service and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate ride performance and guest feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks of rides, coordinating with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
• Develop and conduct safety training sessions for ride staff, emphasizing emergency procedures and guest interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of ride operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and attendance statistics.
• Collaborate with park management on promotional activities, special events, and ride scheduling.
• Engage with guests, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance the overall visitor experience.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to ride operations and guest safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or park operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in operational management, ride operations, or similar roles in an amusement park or recreational environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to amusement rides.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
