Rigging Supervisor

We are hiring Rigging Supervisor

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards, conduct pre-use inspections, implement control measures for hazards, and manage emergency procedures.
• Planning & Preparation: Develop detailed lift plans, assess load weights, select appropriate gear, interpret drawings, and plan routes to minimize risk.
• Supervision & Coordination: Lead rigging crews, coordinate with crane operators and project managers, and ensure clear communication on site.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and certification of rigging hardware (slings, ropes, pulleys, etc.).
• Training & Mentorship: Train riggers, conduct safety talks, and ensure the team understands procedures.
• Technical Oversight: Calculate stresses, read technical drawings, and provide expert advice on complex lifting challenges.
• Reporting: Maintain records, track progress, and report to project leadership.
• Location: Ras Laffan
• Nationality: Any
• FAT : To be provided by the client
• Duration: Extendable ( 3- 6 months)
• Qualifications: Oil& Gas experience
• Mobilization : Immediate
