We are looking for Risk and Compliance Supervisor to work with our teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant positions,
• Excellent communications, and collaboration skills, a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• No restriction for travel,

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate risk exposures related to operations, reliability and integrity of financial and operational data, safeguarding of assets, compliance with laws and regulations, and report them to management.
• Develop risk mitigation suggestions with relevant departments.
• Work closely with the internal audit team and follow up on action plans. Oversee root cause analyses, risk assessments, and the implementation of action plans for risks identified during audits.
• Provide insights on compliance by considering company procedures as well as laws and regulations.
• Work closely with Legal Teams to ensure that company practices comply with laws and regulations.
• Continuously monitor company procedures and take necessary actions within the QDMS system.
• Submit reports and notifications required by laws and regulations.
• Proactively monitor new regulations and standards, and ensure that relevant departments take necessary measures and actions to align with them within the organization.
• Follow up on major process changes and ensure that the control environment is updated accordingly.
