Risk Management Assistant Manager

Fiba Holding’s Risk Management Department is now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Risk Management Assistant Manager who is ready to contribute to the continuous development of our risk management framework, drive risk awareness across the organization, and play a key role in managing risks that shape the future of our Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• 7 years in risk management, audit, financial analysis, or related areas, preferably within a holding or group structure
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate risk management processes, methodologies, and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of risk modeling and GRC tools (@Risk, Python, RSA Archer, SAP GRC, Bwise, etc.) is a strong asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proven ability in project management and stakeholder communication

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of corporate risk management policies, strategies, and risk assessment criteria for Fiba Holding and Group companies
• Define and update key risk indicators, risk appetite, and limits to ensure the effectiveness of the overall risk management framework
• Conduct solo and consolidated risk analyses (strategic, financial, operational, compliance) for the Holding, identify high and critical risks, and support the development and follow-up of action plans
• Support Group companies in risk management processes, carry out risk assessments, and ensure regular reporting in line with corporate requirements
• Monitor global, national, and sector-specific risks to implement a proactive risk management approach
• Enhance risk awareness and foster a strong risk culture across Fiba Group by organizing training programs, workshops, and awareness activities
• Take part in Holding- and Group-wide projects authorized by the Executive Committee and report project outcomes
