Ödero, a CBRT licenced payment services and e-money institution, is seeking an IT auditor.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• To ensure the control of operations aimed at executing activities within the organization by the International Internal Audit Standards and in line with the audit plan
• To work on projects aimed at improving the efficiency of risk management, control, and governance processes
• Ensure the management and organization of all internal control activities conducted within the scope of the unit's overall objectives
• To prepare the annual internal control work plan, taking into account the internal control methodology agreed upon with the Audit Committee and considering all identified risk/control deficiencies, and to submit the prepared plan and any updates, if any, to the Board of Directors for approval after obtaining the Audit Committee's consent
• To deputize for the superior in their duties and responsibilities when necessary
• Ensure that reports on the internal control activities conducted are submitted to the Board of Directors, or to a member of the Board of Directors other than the general manager as designated by the Board, twice a year by the end of June and December
• To design the internal control system and activities, determining how they will be carried out, which control mechanisms and methods will be used, and what types of control activities will be performed, taking into account the nature of all the organization’s activities
• To establish a sufficient and effective internal control system to ensure that the organization conducts its activities efficiently and effectively in compliance with the law, other relevant regulations, internal policies, and practices, and to ensure the integrity, reliability, and timeliness of accounting, reporting, and information systems
• To continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control process, ensuring that necessary changes are made to the internal control process following changing conditions and circumstances
• To determine whether rules and limitations are being followed, within the framework of the relevant procedures and principles, and in line with pre-determined control points

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields (IT Audit)
• To know about the functioning of information systems used in the execution of activities related to laws, regulations, workflows, and processes
• To use MS Office programs efficiently
• To have strong technical skills in accounting and auditing
• To have analytical thinking, research, inquiry, and problem-solving abilities; to possess knowledge of data collection and reporting; and to have effective written and verbal communication skills
• To be knowledgeable about project management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Listening different perspectives and building collaboration
• CISA certificate is a plus.
