Job Responsibilities

  • To identify potential risks facing QRCS at all its structural levels & during the implementation of its operations/programs, analyze & assess them in terms of their likelihood & impact, determine priorities for dealing with them & the concerned units at QRCS, & update risk register accordingly.


  • To propose an acceptable level of risk based on the results of risk analysis/assessment, magnitude, priorities for dealing with them, & QRCS’s related resources & potential.


  • To communicate with concerned QRCS units to discuss associated risks & their responsibilities for these risks & to monitor their proposed plans & procedures for dealing with such risks, with the aim of avoiding them or reducing their likelihood or negative impact.


  • To monitor changes regarding identified risks while dealing with them & the resulting risks, update related data in risk register, & communicate with concerned units for amendment as necessary regarding corrective actions.


  • To prepare & discuss QRCS’s annual risk management plan & regular risk management reports with Office Manager, to ensure their effectiveness.


  • (upon assignment) To participate in & follow up on technical relationship with consulting offices tasked with the provision of services related to risk management at QRCS, including Development of technical service specifications, assessment of technical bids, monitoring of implementation, verification of outcomes & technical communication with service provider.


  • To prepare/update QRCS’s general risk management framework/methodologies & risk management policies, procedures & templates manuals; participate in the identification of risk management processes automation requirements; & monitor their implementation with concerned QRCS units.


  • To conduct necessary research/studies to develop QRCS’s risk management system, improve its efficiency & effectiveness, & make proposals as necessary in this regard.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to job responsibilities.
  • Accredited professional certification in enterprise risk management/analysis.


Requirements

  • +9 years of practical experience in enterprise risk management/analysis.
  • Strong communication, presentation & coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Good command of Arabic (speaking & writing).
  • Former experience with humanitarian/development organizations preferable.

Candidates must have experience in the corporate sector exclusively; experience in the banking or financial sector will not be considered.
