Risk Solutions Advisor – Personal & Commercial Coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep detailed records of client interactions and produce regular updates on progress and results.
• Meet with clients to identify their needs and design tailored coverage recommendations.
• Create customized strategies to help minimize exposure and safeguard client assets.
• Stay informed on industry standards and oversee claims to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
• Use innovative relationship-building and consultative techniques to grow a loyal client base.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience working in the coverage industry.
• Hands-on experience with Citizens policies is required.
• Active 2-20 license is mandatory.
• Experience with Applied Epic software is helpful.
• Strong communication, client engagement, and analytical skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with financial tracking systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of coverage options, evaluation practices, and state and federal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
