What You Will Do

• 
  Coordinate and complete required MDS assessments for residents. Make sure they are accurate and submitted on time to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Check medical records and team documentation to ensure the information supports the MDS coding and reflects the resident’s condition and care needs.

What We Are Looking For

• 
  Active and Clear RN license
• 1-3 years of MDS experience in a healthcare setting
