Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Pay: Up to $3,000/Week

Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN – Nurse Educator for an exciting job in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and conduct educational programs for nursing personnel, focusing on Medical/Surgical and Labor & Delivery units.

• Serve as a clinical mentor and resource, guiding nurses in evidence-based practices and skill development.

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess training needs and implement effective learning strategies.

• Support new staff orientation and ongoing competency evaluations to ensure compliance with clinical standards.

• Maintain accurate records of education sessions, evaluations, and staff progress.

• Provide hands-on clinical support as needed, utilizing at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) required; BSN preferred.

• Active New York RN license (Primary Source Verification via NYSED).

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience; Med/Surg background preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
