RO Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot critical equipment failures and provide technical direction for resolution.
• Optimize plant reliability by implementing best practices in asset management and predictive maintenance.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with plant requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
• Engage with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 12–15 years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
