You will be responsible for daily operations in Road Logistics department. We aim to find right solution for our customers to provide high quality services and meet customer requirements. Working in a busy operational department you will take ownership of files end to end. Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis to meet and exceed requirements from operational perspective.

How you create impact

• Facilitate seamless collaboration with Kuehne+Nagel offices worldwide, as well as customs authorities, warehouses, and fleet operators to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction by promoting company services, managing bookings, and providing tailored logistics solutions to meet their needs.
• Oversee the organization of weekly groupage departures for import and export linehaul, optimizing efficiency and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain precise monitoring of shipment statuses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate major customer accounts, working closely with sales teams and other relevant departments to strengthen relationships and enhance service quality.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in road logistics operations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while leading teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• A keen attention to detail combined with advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate complex logistical challenges and implement strategic solutions.
• Extensive experience in contract negotiations, supplier management, and making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish, enabling effective communication across multinational operations.
