Role Overview

The Road Show Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact road shows and promotional events across the UAE and international markets to showcase Sobha Realty’s luxury real estate portfolio. This role requires a blend of event management expertise, sales acumen, brand storytelling, and stakeholder coordination to maximize brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive sales conversions.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with hands-on experience in luxury brand activations, customer engagement strategies, and large-scale event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Road Show Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute annual road show calendars across target geographies (UAE and international).
  • Manage end-to-end event planning including venue selection, setup, branding, logistics, vendor management, and permits.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all road show activities, aligning with Sobha Realty’s premium brand positioning.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design road show formats that maximize qualified lead generation.
  • Monitor performance KPIs (footfall, leads generated, conversion rates) and optimize road show strategies.
  • Provide on-ground support to the sales team during events to ensure customer engagement and follow-ups.

Marketing & Branding

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure brand consistency in all road show collaterals and presentations.
  • Develop creative engagement activities and presentations to highlight Sobha Realty’s projects.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring experiences for diverse international markets.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Finance) to align on event objectives and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, vendors, venue partners, and media for flawless execution.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure budget optimization.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare post-event reports including ROI analysis, customer insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain databases of leads and share with relevant sales teams for timely follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in road shows, exhibitions, or event management, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-value products.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing international and local road shows or exhibitions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE and international destinations.
