Roaming Planning Senior Supervisor.IOP & Carrier Relations

Job Purpose

Supervise the implementation of roaming services plans to provide the most innovative roaming solutions aiming to increase roaming revenues and optimize associated costs. In addition to developing new revenue streams and achieving International incoming Wholesale SMS revenue target.

Report To Position Name

Develop Roaming Products and Services :- •Fulfill roaming solutions yearly calendar in line with etisalat strategic direction. •Set expansion and upgrade plan for current roaming VAS •Report services performance to higher management. •Responsible for achieving service business case and revenue targets. Responsible for roaming operations yearly budget:- •Prepare yearly CAPEX and OPEX for roaming operations budget proposal •Ensure smooth alignment with IOP budget SPOC •Present budget review along year •Process roaming operations payments for all vendors and suppliers Vendor relation:- •Lead communication with all roaming vendors and suppliers •Negotiate with various roaming vendors •Manage all vendor related documents circulation and logistics Control International SMS revenue stream:- •Plan SMS revenue target proposals •Plan SMS price moves to achieve set targets •Responsible for revenue operation cycle to ensure closure of all backdoors and revenue leakages IOP interface in commercial E2E process :- •Review all commercial products to avoid any possible impact on roaming business •Ensure IOP role in testing UAT and welcome SMS communication to upsell various roaming offers is done

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

-University Degree in Communication & Electronics Engineering, Computer science or equivalent. -Very Good presentation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

-High awareness of GSMA standards -Strong project management skills -Negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

-Minimum 6 to 8 years in telecom and 3 years of relative Experience. -Area of experience: Roaming, technical, IT, commercial experiences. -Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
