Roofing Sales Representative

Duties

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, building customer relationships, and offering top notch roofing knowledge.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage existing accounts effectively by upselling additional services and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Utilize software such as Acculynx to track sales activities, manage communication with customers, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Outside sales experience preferred but not required.
  • MUST have the drive to solve customer issues and do whatever you can to make sure the customer is satisfied.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service are essential.
  • Strong communication skills to relay information to roofing crews as well as office staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell services, and perform market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • The ability to work well with others and being open to learning new things on the daily.
