Rooftop Host

Nightingale Rooftop Restaurant and Bar is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team!

As a Host, you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience - welcoming them with genuine hospitality, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient seating flow throughout service.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within an elevated hospitality concept in downtown Holly Springs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using our guest management system
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and minimize wait times
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth transitions between tables
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and general inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Assist with guest requests and ensure each party leaves with a memorable impression
• Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness for each shift

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A welcoming, guest-focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and consistency
• Prior experience in a host or front-of-house role preferred
