Schedule & Structure

• Downtime: Built into shifts when children are resting or parents are present

Key Responsibilities

• Full care of both children during your working rotation
• Managing routines across both households (meals, naps, transitions, outings)
• Planning engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Preparing meals/snacks for children
• Supporting emotional regulation, independence, and boundaries
• Light child-related household tasks (laundry, tidying, kitchen reset)
• Traveling with the family (domestic and international)
• Maintaining clear, detailed handoffs with your co-nanny
