RouteOne Business System Analyst
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in the RouteOne application to support Business System Analyst and QA testing activities. Prior experience of working in RouteOne Company as full time or contractor is a must have.
- Have deep knowledge of RouteOne functionalities, and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery of RouteOne enhancements and fixes.
- Act as the primary RouteOne application BSA / QA
- Support and execute QA testing activities within the RouteOne application, including test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements, translate them into test scenarios, and validate system functionality.
- Perform functional testing of RouteOne features, workflows, and integrations relevant to Toyota/Lexus dealerships.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects and issues found during testing, and work with development teams for resolution.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and support.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RouteOne application issues encountered by dealer users.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and business processes related to RouteOne.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and RouteOne application usage.-
Roles & responsibilities
- Proven hands-on experience with RouteOne application, preferably supporting Dealer Persona.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and dealer workflows within RouteOne.
- Experience in QA testing methodologies, tools, and defect management.
- Ability to write clear, concise test cases and execute functional testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or QA Analyst in automotive finance or dealership systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of related systems and integrations (e.g., DMS, CRM) is a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
