Position Overview
Adaptive is seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Routing & Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily technician routes,
customer scheduling, quoting support, mapping accuracy, and high-volume phone communication.
This role is mission-critical to operational accuracy, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a heavy multitasker who thrives in a structured environment, can pivot quickly, and values accountability, safety, and candor.

Prevent revenue leakage by ensuring:
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in scheduling, dispatch, or routing (service industry preferred)
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Confident decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling difficult or time-sensitive conversations
Experience with CRM systems (Jobber preferred)
Proficient in Google Workspace
