RQHSE Manager

Falcon Samsic Security Services is seeking to appoint an experienced RQHSE Manager to lead Risk, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental governance for a major client project in Qatar.

This role will primarily focus on ensuring full compliance, risk control, and performance oversight at the assigned client site, while also supporting the organization’s wider commitments to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across the business.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Risk Management, QHSE, or Integrated Management Systems with at least

2 years of experience in a Deputy Manager or Manager capacity

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 5 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety)

• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

• Formal training in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Risk Assessment methodologies, and Risk Registers

• Trained in Accident and Incident Investigation

• Good understanding of Qatar Foundation compliance requirements, policies, and procedural standards

• Proven experience in site-based risk governance and client-facing reporting

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications, reporting dashboards, and documentation control systems.

• Should have a Qatar Driving License.

• RP Transfer arrangements will be managed by HR

Role Overview:

The RQHSE Manager will serve as the lead QHSE and Risk authority for the assigned client project, ensuring operational compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, and Qatar Foundation standards. The role will drive proactive risk identification, hazard mitigation, incident investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

In addition, the RQHSE Manager will support corporate compliance efforts by maintaining alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) frameworks. Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, monitoring KPIs, reviewing risk registers, advising Management Representative, and strengthening the overall compliance culture within the organization.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership presence, sound judgement, and the ability to engage both operational teams and client stakeholders in maintaining a safe, compliant, and performance-driven environment.
