RSVP Hospitality & Logistic Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented RSVP & Hospitality Logistic Manager to lead the guest management and logistics operations across high-end wedding projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong coordination skills, and a proven track record in managing large guest lists and seamless hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:RSVP Management:

• Coordinate invitation tracking and guest confirmations (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
• Manage and update real-time RSVP databases using Excel/CRM/event software.
• Handle special guest requests (dietary needs, accessibility, etc.).
• Communicate confirmed guest data to internal teams (production, logistics, F&B).

Hospitality & Logistics Coordination:

• Oversee accommodation and travel logistics for outstation/international guests.
• Liaise with hotels, travel partners, and transport vendors to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Create and distribute guest itineraries, welcome kits, and in-room hampers.
• Coordinate airport/station pickups, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure hospitality desks are well-managed at venues and hotels.

On-Ground Execution:

• Lead the on-site hospitality team during events.
• Supervise guest flow, welcome experiences, and trouble-shoot real-time issues.
• Coordinate with valet, concierge, and logistics teams for smooth guest movement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in RSVP, guest management, or hospitality logistics (preferably in the wedding/event industry).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent Excel and data management proficiency.
• Familiarity with wedding/event management software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
