$5,369- $7,644 monthly, salary commensurate w/ training and experience

Duties Summary

Exempt, non-civil service, full-time, temporary appointment. The position performs professional work in developing, implementing, coordinating, managing, and evaluating RICA projects and programs, and providing this support to offices across the Department engaged in the RICA project.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited four (4) years college or university with a baccalaureate degree in business, management information systems, finance, accounting, computer sciences, communications, public health, public administration, planning, or other related field of study.

EXPERIENCE: One and one half (1 ½) years of progressively responsible work experience working with systems or business process improvements, quality assurance, or program development, implementation, or evaluation.

Specialized Experience: Project Management Experience: Two (2) years of experience managing projects of medium-to-large scale, scope, and impact.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATES:

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Preferred.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation, Preferred.

Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) designation, Preferred.
