Conducting developmental and educational activities in accordance with the EYFS principles, taking into account the individual characteristics of each child.

Creating a positive emotional atmosphere and a safe, stimulating environment that encourages play, exploration, and independence.

Supporting all areas of a child’s development: communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical.

Regularly observing children, keeping records of their progress, and preparing individual portfolios (observation records, learning stories, progress reports).

Preparing daily photo and written reports about the day’s activities.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports for parents and management, participating in assessing achievements and planning the next stages of learning.

Interacting with parents: providing regular feedback, discussing the child’s achievements and needs, and maintaining daily journals.

Working as part of a team with other educators, participating in planning, developing, and implementing thematic projects and events.

Participating in the organization of celebrations, adaptation periods, excursions, and other nursery activities.

Following procedures for child health, safety, and wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian.
• Relocation to the Abu Dhabi, (valid passport and translated/notarized educational documents) or a valid visa (husband-sponsored or self-sponsored).
• Higher education in pedagogy (mandatory).
• Experience working with children 1–3 years (mandatory).
• Confident in English (minimum level B1).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Mandatory cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
