Job Title : SaaS Marketing Strategy Lead

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

Position: 1 (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role:

We're looking for a visionary SaaS Marketing Strategy Lead to join Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you'll define and drive end-to-end marketing strategies, leveraging data insights, innovative campaigns, and automation tools to build brand authority, generate quality leads, and ensure customer success across digital channels.

You'll work independently to lead marketing initiatives, manage budgets, build teams, and drive measurable revenue growth. If you're passionate about scaling SaaS products, leading marketing teams, and building performance-focused campaigns, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SaaS marketing strategies to achieve growth and revenue goals
  • Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities
  • Plan and execute product launches with cross-functional teams
  • Provide thought leadership through content, speaking, and industry engagement

Demand Generation & Conversion:

  • Plan and oversee demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization campaigns
  • Manage multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, PPC, email, content, and social media
  • Create customer lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, activation, retention, expansion)
  • Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for enterprise clients

Performance & Analytics:

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Track and report marketing-attributed revenue and pipeline contribution
  • Forecast marketing pipeline and revenue impact
  • Analyze SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, MRR, churn rate, and conversion funnels

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation and accountability
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Build sales enablement materials and support revenue team
  • Lead coordination between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Own and manage annual marketing budget with ROI accountability
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and contractors
  • Allocate resources effectively across channels based on performance data

Partnership & Community Building:

  • Develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry conference participation
  • Build customer advocacy programs (case studies, testimonials, referrals)
  • Manage affiliate and partner marketing programs

Innovation & Growth:

  • Stay updated with the latest SaaS trends, AI tools, automation platforms, and growth frameworks
  • Implement growth hacking strategies and experimentation frameworks
  • Test new channels, tools, and tactics to drive scalable growth

Technical & Marketing Skills Required:

SaaS & Growth Marketing:

  • Proven experience in SaaS product marketing, B2B lead generation, and growth strategy
  • Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools and strategies
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR, churn rate analysis

Paid Advertising:

  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

SEO & Content:

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and growth hacking
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Copy.ai, etc.)

Marketing Automation & CRM:

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid)
  • Knowledge of customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)

Analytics & Data:

  • Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Mixpanel
  • Experience with marketing attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch, time-decay)
  • Understanding of funnel optimization and conversion tracking

Event & Partnership Marketing:

  • Familiarity with event marketing platforms (Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo)
  • Experience with partner/affiliate management platforms

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing or digital strategy leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience leading marketing teams (2-5 members minimum)
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a SaaS product (include specific ARR/MRR growth examples)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with complete ownership of marketing outcomes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

You'll be accountable for:

  • Monthly Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) ratio optimization
  • Marketing-attributed revenue and pipeline contribution
  • Website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Content performance and lead nurture effectiveness
  • Team productivity and campaign ROI
