SaaS Product Associate - Fintech/KYC

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SaaS Product Associate to join our Fintech/KYC product team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting product lifecycle activities, gathering customer and market feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination between product, engineering, compliance, and business teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about regtech, compliance, and digital identity verification solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the product team in defining and refining requirements for SaaS Fintech/KYC solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, compliance, support) to ensure timely product delivery.
• Conduct competitor and market research to support product roadmap decisions.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training material.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Support testing and quality assurance of new product features before release.
• Assist in product demos, client onboarding, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with fintech/KYC industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product support, product associate, or business analysis role (preferably SaaS/Fintech/Regtech).
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML processes, digital identity verification, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS product environment.
