Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety audits and inspections
  • Develop and implement safety policies
  • Provide training and awareness programs
  • Investigating incidents and near-misses
  • Monitor compliance with regulations
  • Promoting a safety-first culture
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments
  • Conduct health risk assessments
  • Provide medical services and first aid
  • Promote mental health awareness
  • Identify and mitigate hazards
  • Develop emergency response plans
  • Conduct safety training and drills
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective action
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling programs


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Diploma holder with +5 years of EHS Experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce & maintain daily EHS inspection findings.
