Safety / HSE Officer (ADNOC Onshore - Service provider / operations-side background)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Officer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly within ADNOC Onshore projects and the downstream segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure safe working practices
• Prepare and maintain QHSE reports and documentation
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with site teams and management regarding QHSE matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant QHSE experience in Oil & Gas
• ADNOC Onshore project experience is mandatory
• Experience in downstream/service-side operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance procedures
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
