Safety Manager / HSE Manager

Responsibilities

Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and enforce compliance with Marafiq & regulatory standards.
Perform risk assessments, JSAs, and ensure safe work practices & PPE usage.
Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective actions.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and promote safety awareness.
Monitor daily operations, emergency equipment, and signage compliance.
Prepare safety reports, maintain documentation, and liaise with contractors/project teams.
Ensure adherence to OHSMS, local regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

Marafiq Safety ID/Approval preferred.
Bachelors degree/diploma in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering.
5-10 years experience in industrial/utilities/power/water sectors.
Knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, and Saudi safety regulations.
Strong skills in auditing, risk assessment, training, and incident investigation.
Good communication and leadership skills; English/Arabic preferred.
