Safety Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qatar, particularly in villa and commercial construction projects. A NEBOSH certification is mandatory, and candidates must hold a valid QID and NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Organize toolbox talks and site-specific safety training
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain documentation for HSE compliance and audits
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers on safety matters
• Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the site

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar
• Experience in villa and commercial construction projects
• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
• Valid QID and NOC
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's local HSE laws and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be available to join immediately
