Safety Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, implementing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to legal requirement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/ ADOSH certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer, ideally within [construction/manufacturing/industrial sector].
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
