Safety Officer

Job Title: Safety Officer
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents.
• Prepare and submit safety reports, incident reports, and recommendations to management.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices on-site.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available in UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety within GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate safety policies to staff at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple safety initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety qualification.
• Familiarity with accident investigation and reporting procedures.
• UAE Driver's License is mandatory
