We are a leading manpower supply company in Dubai, providing skilled professionals to major construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE. We are urgently seeking a competent Safety Officer with high-rise building experience to join our team.

Job Description:
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures on high-rise building projects. The role requires strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and compliance with UAE construction safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions to site staff.
• Report unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and incident reports.
• Liaise with site management and ensure adherence to safety policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years total HSE experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory; additional HSE certifications are an advantage.
• Must be available to join within 1 day.
• Own visa candidates preferred.
• Immediate availability is required.
