Future Scaffolding & Aluminium Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of scaffolding systems and aluminium structures, committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Safety Officer to join our team and ensure full compliance with UAE safety and environmental regulations.

Position Overview

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of UAE experience, hold a valid NEBOSH certification, and possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Environment Department regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality Code of Construction Safety Practice and Environment Department regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs across all departments.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead incident reporting, accident investigation, and root cause analysis processes.
• Ensure the implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Conduct HSE induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Monitor waste management, pollution control, and other environmental protection measures.
• Maintain documentation and records in compliance with ISO and local regulatory standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience (preferably in manufacturing or construction industries).
• Dubai Municipality Code of Construction Safety Practice

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
