Safety Officer

Job Opportunities:
Safety Officer - Oil & Gas / Maintenance (2 Nos)

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer with a NEBOSH IGC certification and relevant experience to ensure safe and compliant operations across our projects. Experience in Oil & Gas and maintenance projects is highly preferred.

Key requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory), 8 years of total professional experience.
At least 4 years in Oil & Gas industry.

- Experience in maintenance operations highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Provide training and guidance on safe work practices to staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, Oil & Gas standards, and maintenance safety protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Participate in emergency preparedness, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all project teams.

Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure and high-risk environments.
- Experience in Oil & Gas safety management and maintenance operations.
