Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for all operations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
- Perform regular site inspections and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure proper waste management practices
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate with management to improve workplace safety performance
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles (industry-specific preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
