Safety Officer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment at site and enforcing all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health & safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and standards
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
• Maintain safety documentation and records
• Coordinate with project team to ensure safe work practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer (steel fabrication)
• Knowledge of UAE safety rules and regulations
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle site safety independently

Preferred:

• Experience in structural steel or construction projects
• Immediate availability
