Responsibilities:

Take charge of site safety for overseas/domestic projects, and assist the project manager in overall safety production management.

Interpret and implement client and workplace safety management standards; responsible for reviewing safety construction plans, job risk analysis and prevention, safety inspections and guidance, follow-up on corrective actions, responding to client audits and meetings, and conducting safety management of vendor personnel and equipment.

Assist in environmental management: including environmental "Three Simultaneities" (design, construction, and operation), workplace environmental monitoring, identification, evaluation and improvement of environmental aspects, treatment of "three wastes" (wastewater, waste gas, solid waste), and other related environmental management tasks.

Assist in occupational health management: including occupational health "Three Simultaneities", monitoring of occupational hazardous factors, and notification of occupational hazards, among other related duties.

Assist in safety management: including identification and evaluation of EHS laws and regulations, safety "Three Simultaneities", work safety standardization, safety education and training, hazard identification, supervision and inspection, special work permit management, emergency response plans, drills, and incident management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in safety, environmental management, or a related field.
Engineering background is required.
At least 3 years of construction safety management experience in project, engineering, or similar industries.
3–5+ years of experience is strongly preferred.

Saudi Nationality.
Excellent English proficiency and strong written expression skills; capable of fluent oral communication as well as drafting and translating documents in English.
Proficient in spoken and written English is a must.

Strong communication and coordination skills, well-organized, good team player, and able to adhere to principles.

Willing to follow work assignments. The work location is in the King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia.
Additional Requirement:
Holds relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent).
