We’re looking for a vigilant and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment across our sites and workshops.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Conduct routine site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure all staff and applicators follow safety protocols and use PPE correctly.
• Provide training and toolbox talks on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Report and investigate incidents, recommending preventive measures.
• Stay updated on UAE safety regulations and ensure full compliance.

What You Bring:

• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of safety experience in the construction or fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of risks related to surface applications and finishing works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
