We are currently looking for a Safety & Security Manager to join a dynamic organization in the UAE. This role is responsible for overseeing operational activities, ensuring effective project delivery, and supporting business growth through strong client engagement and team leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Role Overview

The Safety & Security Manager will lead operational planning and execution within the division, while supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to maintain smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
  • Monitor business performance and team targets , supporting sales and engineering teams in achieving set objectives.
  • Facilitate internal coordination meetings to review progress, performance, and business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective management of project execution , maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Liaise regularly with clients and internal technical teams to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business development.
  • Oversee accounts receivable follow-up and support timely collection processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed project milestones or deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with procurement and supply teams to ensure availability of required materials.
  • Review and approve commercial submissions , including proposals, tenders, bids, quotations, and contractual documents.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Approximately 6–8 years of relevant industry experience within safety, security, or fire protection environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills .
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage priorities in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Fluent English communication skills , both written and verbal.
