Sale Advisor Perfume (Lucky one Mall)

1. Greet and direct customers.
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
3. Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services.
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
5. Cross-sell products.
6. Ensure racks are fully stocked.
7. Manage returns of merchandise.
8. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
9. Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
10. Provide customer feedback to the store manager.
11. Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

Minimum Requirements

Age 22-35 Years
Pay: 35000 + 3.5% com
Middle to intermediate
1 to 2 years of experience.
