Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately
- Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain daily sales records and reports
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and payments
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery documents
- Assist sales team in client communication and updates
- Monitor stock availability with store department
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on time
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving attitude
- Time management skills
Qualification:
- Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor preferred
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales coordination or related field
