Sale Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process sales orders accurately
  • Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment
  • Maintain daily sales records and reports
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and payments
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery documents
  • Assist sales team in client communication and updates
  • Monitor stock availability with store department
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues on time
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system
  • Support in achieving monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Time management skills

Qualification:

  • Minimum: Intermediate / Bachelor preferred
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales coordination or related field
