About the Role

Glosix Systems is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and building relationships with international clients.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify prospective clients and business opportunities for IT services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities within the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to identify new target audiences and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence in cold calling and client interactions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Dream Gardens, Lahore, or be willing to relocate before starting work.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
