Sale Engineer- MEP/ Swimming Pool Systems

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers with a strong MEP engineering background and proven experience in the swimming pool and water feature industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting technical sales activities from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients in the swimming pool, fountain, and water feature sector.

Conduct technical site assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to consultants, contractors, and developers.

Work closely with design and project teams to ensure technically sound, cost-effective, and efficient solutions.

Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical submittals aligned with MEP standards.

Achieve sales targets through proactive business development and client follow-ups.

Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on industry innovations, equipment, and technologies in the pool and MEP domain.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in swimming pool, fountain, or water treatment systems.

Sound understanding of MEP design, hydraulics, pumps, filtration, and dosing systems.

Proven track record in technical sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Valid Oman license is mandatory.
