Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead customer handling, sales growth, and revenue generation for our Lahore workshop. You will manage daily sales activities, convert leads, and build long-term customer and corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service and repair jobs
• Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals
• Build relationships with corporate and fleet customers
• Coordinate with workshop staff for smooth job execution
• Upsell relevant services responsibly
• Track daily sales and basic performance reports
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Services Sold

• Vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• German and multi-brand vehicle services
• Diagnostics and preventive maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer handling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of automotive services and workshop flow
• Ability to meet targets and close deals
• Organized, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Team coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive workshop or dealership
• Corporate or fleet sales experience
• Basic reporting or CRM experience
