We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Female Customer Service Representative to manage and follow up with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Provide information about our products/services.
Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions.
Update lead status and feedback in the system.
Coordinate with the sales team if needed.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good spoken and written communication skills in [Urdu/English].
Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
Confident, polite, and well-mannered.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and call handling.
Working Hours: [10 am to 6pm]
Salary: [15,000 to 45,000]
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
