Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales & Trade Manager with a solid background in LED lighting sales and distribution. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, expand trade channels, and drive business growth through strategic planning and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Establish, manage, and expand trade and distribution networks for LED lighting products
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance performance
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of orders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LED lighting or electrical product sales/trade
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Electrical background is a plus)
  • Target-driven with a strong business acumen
