Job Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales & Trade Manager with a strong background in LED lighting sales and distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, expanding trade networks, and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build, manage, and expand trade and distribution networks for LED lighting products
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to support business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve overall performance
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance analyses to management
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of sales orders
Requirements
- Proven experience in LED lighting or electrical product sales and trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to design and execute successful sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering (an advantage)
- Strong target-driven mindset with solid business acumen
